Logistics/Inventory Coordinator – The Integration Group
DescriptionThe Logistics / Inventory Coordinator is responsible for scheduling inbound and outbound logistics through coordination with the client, end customers, and transportation partners. This position schedules and releases internal work to the warehouse to receive, pick, pack and ship material. It also develops and deploys inventory cycle count schedules.
General Duties, and Responsibilities- Schedule inbound shipments, coordinate with the client and transportation partners.
- Develop internal order fulfilments schedules (pick, pack, and ship) via the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Coordinate outbound shipments by coordinating with the client, end customers, and transportation partners.
- Develop and deploy inventory cycle count schedules via the WMS.
- Coordinate associate scheduling with warehouse supervisors.
- Identify and resolve WMS issues following WMS processes.
- High school diploma.
- At least 1 year experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous‑improvement environment.
- At least 6 months’ experience with computers.
- At least 6 months’ experience in Warehouse Management systems, or MRP / ERP.
- Assertive and clear written and oral communication.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to problem‑solve.
- Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented manner, able to work with diverse individuals within and outside of TIG.
- Frequent standing, sitting and walking. Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds, reaching, stooping, talking and hearing. Ableopy perform physical labor continuously and stand for long periods.
