Description

This role is designed for experienced industry practitioners to participate in a skills assessment pilot focused on Agentic AI applications across multiple industries. The purpose of this engagement is assessment validation and standard‑setting, not hiring, ranking or performance evaluation. The Contract SME will complete a structured assessment and a brief survey only; this role does not involve teaching, instructional design, content creation, consulting or advisory responsibilities.

Scope

of Work

• Complete a practitioner‑level skills assessment
• Complete a short post‑assessment survey
• No meetings, facilitation, reviews or follow‑up work

Time Commitment

• Estimated assessment length: ~120 items
• Estimated completion time:
  Approximately 1 hour
• Assessment window:
  Must be completed within a defined access period (typically 5 business days once access is granted)

Requirements

Required Knowledge &

Experience:

Candidates must be current practitioners with applied, real‑world experience using or working alongside Agentic AI systems in professional settings. Familiarity should align with one or more of the following applied domains and objectives.

Supply Chain & Logistics

• Agentic AI for supply chain and transportation optimization
• Real‑time route optimization and disruption mitigation
• Risk detection, rerouting, stakeholder updates and cost reduction

Customer Service & E‑Commerce

• Agentic AI versus traditional chatbots
• Autonomous customer support actions (refunds, order updates, reissues)
• Ticket resolution, personalization and real‑time issue handling

Cybersecurity

• AI agents for threat detection, anomaly identification and incident response
• Vulnerability prioritization and remediation
• Integration with human‑led security teams and existing frameworks

Healthcare

• Agentic AI in scheduling, diagnostics support and administrative automation
• Hospital workflow and resource optimization
• Patient privacy, HIPAA compliance and ethical considerations

Manufacturing

• Predictive maintenance and production optimization
• Quality control using sensor and visual data
• Continuous improvement and defect reduction

Finance

• Autonomous risk assessment, fraud detection and compliance monitoring
• AI‑driven financial advising, budgeting and decision support
• Transparency, ethics and unintended consequences in financial AI systems

Expectations

• Participants must score above 50% on the assessment
• This threshold exists only to confirm practitioner‑level participation
• Results are not used for hiring, ranking or performance evaluation

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Active industry practitioner (not academic or theoretical)
• Hands‑on familiarity with applied agentic AI use cases
• Comfortable evaluating real‑world scenarios and decision‑making contexts
• Reliable and able to complete work within a short, defined window

Deliverables

• One completed skills assessment
• One completed post‑assessment survey

Compensation

• Flat‑fee contract payment
• Paid upon successful completion of the assessment and survey
• No additional compensation, extensions or ongoing work
