Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated
Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year in Naperville, IL. We have full‑time opportunities serving public school students.

Founded by women and therapists, Ampersand Therapy began in Washington and is now proudly local to Illinois. Our mission is simple:elevate your school‑based experience with genuine support, meaningful collaboration, and a team that truly understands your work.

Schedule:Full‑Time, Monday through Friday
Location:In‑person, Naperville School District
Start Date:As soon as possible through remainder of 25-26 school year
Service Focus:Evaluations, direct treatment, IEP development, documentation, and team collaboration

• Provide speech‑language assessments and therapy services
• Develop and implement IEPs; participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with special education staff and classroom teachers
• Support students’ communication goals across school environments

• Active Illinois state SLP license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• Illinois PEL with Speech‑Language Pathologist endorsement (or in process)
• School experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
