The Service Tech is responsible for installation and servicing of KSi equipment at customer sites.

• Install/Set up equipment at customer sites including: aligning and anchoring bins, setting up and anchoring conveyors, setting upand anchoring scale hoppers/scales, and other miscellaneous items
• Service work for KSi and other vendor equipment as needed
• This includes performing Service and Maintenance Programs(SMP’s), warranty service work, and equipment service calls at existing customer sites
• May be responsible to make emergency service trips on weekends periodically
• Responsible to make sure site installation report is completed and final installation pictures are taken
• Ability to work at heights of 40+ feet (for overbin conveyor sand other bin issues)
• Responsible to act, dress, and exhibit professionalism at alltimes (KSi and customer sites)
• Must exhibit a high degree of the following qualities:
• Attitude, Customer Service, Work Ethic, Honesty, Punctuality.
• Responsible for safe and effective delivery of miscellaneous KSi equipment to customer site
• Loading and unloading of products at KSi plant and/or at customer site when needed
• Willingness to help other departments and perform other duties when/if needed
• Responsible for following motor vehicle regulations while driving: use of hands free device, adhering to speed limits, etc.
  
  Texting and “surfing” are strictly prohibited while driving
• Responsible for knowing and adhering to KSi safety manual atjob site and when in KSi facilities
• Willing to travel and regularly be gone during the week
• Ability/willingness to work on Saturdays/Sundays periodically,when needed

• 0-2 years of experience in service work, construction,installations, or similar work preferred.
• Mechanical skills required
• Knowledge and skill using hand tools and power tools required
• Ability to read measuring tools
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs required
• Ability to lead, develop, and teach Service Tech Assistants
• Must have initiative /self-motivation
• Ability and willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions
