Forklift Operator

Operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks, ensuring the secure fastening of parts using ratchets and ropes. Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Load and unload trucks using a sit-down forklift.
• Secure parts in trucks with ratchets and ropes.
• Follow all OSHA safety protocols diligently.
• Wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Experience in operating both gas and electric sit-down forklifts for loading and unloading trucks.
• Proficient in strapping large drums and totes on flatbed trailers.
• Ability to follow all safety protocols.

• 1-2 years of experience in operating sit-down forklifts.
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

The role involves working in a non-climate-controlled environment. The operator will handle both gas and electric sit-down forklifts, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

This is a Contract position based out of Sauget, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Sauget, IL.
