Field Supervisor – Windows, Siding & DoorsNext Wave Exteriors is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to help keep our jobs running smooth and our customers taken care of. This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows the trade, can solve problems in the field, and owns the details from measure to install.
What You’ll Be DoingTake 2nd measurements for window, siding, and door jobs
Build accurate material lists so crews have what they need
Pick up and drop off materials when needed
Handle small repairs and adjustments in the field
Be a go-to person for customer questions on-site
Handle and document change orders
Make sure jobs are ready and installs stay on track
What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in windows, siding, and doors (required)
Comfortable doing small repair work
Knows how to measure right the first time
Solid understanding of materials, installs, and job flow
Can talk to homeowners and crews without issues
Dependable, organized, and works without being micromanaged
Valid driver’s license
