Position Overview
As a Concrete Finisher, your primary responsibility is to ensure that poured concrete surfaces are smooth, level, and visually appealing. You will work as part of a construction team to complete various projects, contributing your expertise in concrete finishing techniques. Pay range $25-$30 per hour depending on experience.

- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by setting up forms and applying necessary coatings.
- Smooth and level freshly poured concrete using trowels, edgers, and floats.
- Create expansion joints and textures as required.
- Inspect finished surfaces for defects and make necessary repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the installation process.
- Provide regular updates to management on project status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents on the job site.
- Previous experience in concrete finishing.
- Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check.
