JOB SUMMARY

The Laborer assists in ensuring the facility site is kept clean both during and after projects. Additionally, this position would be responsible for assisting equipment operators at the facility and carrying out any physical activities required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Comply with Eco Material Technologies Safety Policies and Procedures

* Operate heavy machinery, including construction vehicles

* Perform set-up and clean-up tasks at job site; includes sweeping, shoveling, raking and cleaning equipment using a pressure washer

* Perform general maintenance of construction equipment

* Assist in loading and unload of equipment and materials

* Spotting for equipment operators

* Provide labor support as needed

* Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility

KNOWLEDGE,

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

* Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle

* Comfortable working in high stress environment with extreme weather conditions

* Ability to climb ladders and navigate heights

* Lift heavy loads up to 50 pounds and navigate construction job site terrain

* Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

The employee should have the following:

* No minimum education requirement

* No prior experience or training required

The employee should possess the ability to:

* Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that maybe uncomfortable

* Withstand exposure to temperature extremes inside or out

* Prolong standing or in stationary position

* Complete repetitive movements

* Bend and/or twist

* Lift/move/transport items up to 50 pounds

* Ability to move or traverse about the facilities

* Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances, and in various environmental conditions

* Wear all required personal protective equipment (hearing, vision and hardhat protection)

RESUMEN DE TRABAJO

* Operar maquinaria pesada, incluidos vehículos de construcción

* Realizar tareas de preparación y limpieza en el lugar de trabajo; incluye equipos barredores, con pala, de rastrillaje y limpieza con una hidrolavadora

* Brindar apoyo la Eco Material Technologies según sea necesario
