Next Wave Exteriors is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to keep our jobs running smoothly and our customers taken care of. This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows the trade, can solve problems in the field, and owns the details from measure to install.

• Take 2nd measurements for window, siding, and door jobs
• Build accurate material lists so crews have what they need
• Pick up and drop off materials when needed
• Handle small repairs and adjustments in the field
• Be a go‑to person for customer questions on site
• Handle and document change orders
• Make sure jobs are ready and installs stay on track

• 5+ years of experience in windows, siding, and doors (required)
• Comfortable doing small repair work
• Knows how to measure right the first time
• Solid understanding of materials, installs, and job flow
• Can talk to homeowners and crews without issues
• Dependable, organized, and works without being micromanaged
• Valid driver’s license

• Company vehicle provided for travel to and from job sites
