Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Monday – Friday, 4:00 pm – 12:30 am

Shift Differential: $1.65 /hr

Pay Range: $19.18 – $32.40

Lineage, the world’s leading temperature‑controlled logistics company, is seeking a highly mechanically inclined individual to maintain and repair essential warehouse equipment in our fast‑paced cold storage environment.

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, turrets, and aerial lifts.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate service records, documenting repairs and parts usage.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairs of other facility equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve efficiency and minimize operational disruptions.

• Previous experience in forklift maintenance, automotive, diesel, or industrial maintenance (preferred).
• Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• OSHA, forklift certification, or related technical training is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in cold storage environments, and operate tools/equipment safely.
