Security Scheduling Coordinator – Guardian Security Services, Inc.

Guardian Security Services inc. is seeking a driven Security Scheduling Coordinator to manage client service calls, field scheduling requests, and support on‑call operations for our Client Service Center (CSC). The role requires excellent customer service, strong telephone etiquette, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

• Provide administrative support to the Operations team and maintain accurate scheduling records using our scheduling software.
• Field incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department or voicemail, and troubleshoot client service issues.
• Collaborate with Operations managers to ensure deadlines are met and client service standards are maintained.
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows‑based programs to track employee work schedules and fill open positions due to call offs or coverage requests.
• Work consistently with Operations Managers to ensure the best possible service for our clients and maintain a customer‑centric approach.
• Maintain flexibility to cover weekends, holidays, and additional shifts as required.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory experience in the security industry or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
