• Supervise and lead a team of Security Officers to ensure the safety and security of the assigned location.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any security breaches or incidents.
• Train and mentor Security Officers on best practices and company protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Understand and maintain general post instructions for assigned post and shift by being the expert in all facets of the operation.
• Ensure all logs are completed accurately and seek advice as needed.
• Provide a warm and safe work environment by treating fellow security officers and clients with respect.
• Greet all guests and residents with the utmost respect and dignity.
• Demonstrate integrity and sound decision making in the field.
• Control, monitor and escalate issues to the respective authorities, the client and Guardian Security Services.
• Maintain knowledge of all additional and emergency post instructions as required by the client.
• Maintain access control procedures for all guests and vendors.
• Utilize access control systems, visitor management systems and CCTV systems as required.
• Respond to incidents and document the event with accuracy and diligence.
• Document and report any property damage and special occurrences.
• Provide exemplary customer service and professional presence to exceed client expectations.

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory experience in the security industry or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
