Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Ambassador. Your role will blend top-tier security duties with exceptional customer service, welcoming and guiding visitors in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and more.

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control and conduct regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Successful completion of Garda World’s extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer proficiency
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience a plus
• State license if required
