Summary
As an Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer support, driving revenue growth, and building long‑term relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities- Process customer orders, make sales calls, and establish relationships with customers.
- Build territory/account strategy and monitor account resources.
- Collaborate with departments to execute account development plans.
- Prioritize concurrent customers’ demands and provide satisfactory service.
- Balance requests for assistance from internal and external customers for support issues.
- Complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as needed, with or without notice.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, sales, marketing, economics, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of sales or related experience.
- Experience in the metal industry preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Positive, goal‑oriented, driven attitude with a passion to excel.
Salary: $48,059.99 – $72,089.99 annually. A starting salary higher than $48,059.99 is based on experience and education exceeding the minimum requirements.
