Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
• Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present service packages
• Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
• Utilize knowledge of the employer's products to assist customers and demonstrate the value of switching services
• Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services

• Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
• Outgoing individuals with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
• Proactive approach to customer engagement
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Associate's degree or higher is preferred

• Experience in a customer service or sales role within the telecommunications industry
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets or quotas
