Joanna Kierys Chlystek, State Farm Agent in Hinsdale IL is searching for a competitive insurance Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

• Proactively generate new business by prospecting and following up on leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed agency sales goals and quotas.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to individual customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Attend community events, seminars, and networking functions to promote the agency and expand client base.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Polish or Ukranian speaking rep preferred
