Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time – EST)

We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and empathetic Intake & Sales Development Representative to be the face and voice of our team.

• Act as the "Front Door" for families making important care decisions.
• Bridge the gap between inquiries and life-changing care consultations.
• Manage phone calls thoughtfully and maintain a clean CRM.

• Handle every inquiry confidently.
• Convert calls into scheduled consultations.
• Keep the sales pipeline active and support the sales team.
• Ensure every client feels heard and valued.

• Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled care consultations.
• Maintain Salesforce and Well Sky systems accurately and up-to-date.
• Conduct follow-up calls to prospects and quality assurance calls to current clients.
• Coordinate "Lunch and Learns" and assist marketing efforts with hospital and community partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for families and referral partners.

• Proven experience in phone-based sales conversion.
• Ability to explain rates and value confidently.
• Clear and professional English communication skills; empathetic yet direct.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMs and ability to manage multiple systems.
• Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to CRM accuracy.
• Self-motivated and capable of maintaining a high activity level without supervision.

• No missed opportunities, timely response to inquiries.
• High conversion rates from calls to consultations.
• Impeccably maintained Salesforce database.
• Consistently positive feedback from families assisted.

Salary: $800 - $1,000 a month
