Position OverviewWe’re looking for a driven and collaborative Partner Business Development Representative to accelerate Med Pro Disposal’s channel growth and expand our national partner network. In this high‑impact role, you’ll work onsite at our Naperville office, building relationships with healthcare associations, technology platforms, and other strategic partners to drive new business and long‑term value.
You’ll generate qualified leads for our sales team—from high‑volume outbound prospecting to solution selling, demos, and qualifying leads—while also nurturing partner relationships to generate new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Research and target healthcare prospects using outbound methods (calls, email, Linked In).
- Conduct high‑volume outreach to uncover pain points and communicate solution value.
- Build and nurture relationships through the initial parts of the sales cycle, maintain communication and relationships with partner channels.
- Deliver tailored software demos that address client‑specific needs and compliance goals.
- Overcome objections, present compelling solutions, and win new business.
- Log all activity and progress using Salesforce, Hub Spot, and outreach tools.
- Collaborate with partners to source new deals, educate them on Med Pro’s offerings, and provide regular updates.
- 2+ years in full‑cycle sales, business development, or channel sales—preferably in healthcare IT, SaaS, or compliance‑focused environments.
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close sales opportunities in a quota‑carrying role.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar systems to manage pipeline, tasks, and performance metrics.
- Effective time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience also considered.
- Ambition to move into a senior channel sales role within 12–18 months.
- Experience working with partners is a plus.
- Earning Potential: (OTE: $60,000–$80,000+) including uncapped commissions based on new partner acquisition and conversions.
