Business Development Advisor - Full Time

Home Instead, a leading provider of in-home care services for seniors, is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Advisor to join our team. This full‑time position will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, increasing sales, and developing strategic partnerships within our service area.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities
  • Conduct community outreach activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored care solutions for clients
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or community outreach, preferably in home care, assisted living, or related healthcare sectors
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of the home care industry and local healthcare landscape
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
