RoleAre you hands-on, customer-focused, and ready to grow your career? Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives who are ready to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up.
ScheduleSchedule:
Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
- 2+ years of residential plumbing sales or field experience is required.
- Experience in plumbing is required.
- Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and the ability to make timely decisions.
- Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
Pay Range: $20.57 - $32.91. This role is eligible for Bonus or Incentive Plan. The stated range is a guideline and may vary by location; the starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements. Estimated ranges displayed are monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles.
