We’re looking for a dedicated sales representative to join our team in the Chicago area. This role focuses on all sales activities within assigned accounts or territories, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering quality products and services. Build strong relationships with Fire and EMT decision‑makers and embody our ‘Help First’ culture.

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies
• Schedule sales activities and make sales calls to new and existing customers
• Develop, present, and negotiate company products and services with clients
• Draft and submit sales proposals
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain good client relationships
• Follow up on sales activity, monitor progress, and report to management
• Participate in sales events and training

• Knowledge of fire service equipment and tools

• All salespersons are 1099 independent contractors. Pay is based entirely on commissions with unlimited potential (approximately 40% of gross profit per sale).
• Representatives may work full‑time or part‑time. We highly recommend firefighter experience for enhanced product knowledge, though it is not mandatory.
• Representatives own their territory, allowing their business value to grow with increased sales.
