National Account Manager - 7-Eleven

Help spread "Childlike Happiness" nationwide! The National Account Manager - 7-Eleven is directly responsible for managing and growing key accounts at a national level for the HARIBO of America business, with a core focus on 7-Eleven, driving strategy set at the HQ level.

The National Account Manager (NAM) is a remote, field-based position. The ideal candidate will currently reside near the Dallas, Texas metro area for proximity to 7‑Eleven corporate headquarters. Must have 5+ years of experience in sales and key account management experience in the CPG - Consumer Packaged Goods industry - ideally in candy, confectionery, or snack portfolios plus the ability to travel up to 40% of the time - nation‑wide, a Bachelor's Degree, and experience calling on 7‑Eleven headquarters.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies and plans to meet assigned sales and market share goals for assigned accounts, including 7‑Eleven
  • Own, manage, and develop strong customer relationships with headquarters of assigned national convenience store chains, incluing 7‑Eleven
  • Lead, collaborate, and hold Broker's accountable for plans within assigned accounts
  • Develop and achieve accurate rolling sales forecasts to optimize production, demand, and sales planning and minimize out of stocks for HARIBO's porfolio of brands
  • Ability to own all operational responsibilities in order to achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned accounts, including 7‑Eleven
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of strategic sales and business development experience in the CPG - Consumer Packaged Goods industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Experience calling on corporate headquarters / headquarter calls
  • Working knowledge of customer and syndicated data tools (IRI, Circana, Nielsen, etc)
  • This is a remote, field-based position that required the ability to travel up to 40% of the time, nation‑wide, with overnight stays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Currently reside in the greater Dallas, Texas metropolitan area due to the geographic location of 7‑Eleven corporate headquarters
  • Prior experience selling into 7‑Eleven with 7‑Eleven headquarters calls experience is very strongly preferred
  • Candy, confectionary, or salty snacks experience
  • Experience in category analytics and fact‑based selling
Compensation and Benefits

Target Hiring Pay Range: $135,000 - $155,000 annually

This pay range represents the min/max target annual base salary range HARIBO of America, Inc. may pay for this position at the time of this posting. Please note, a candidate's offered annual salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and the geographical location of the role.
