Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Customer Service Rep

Position Summary
As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What You'll Do- Be a Team Member — collaborate with cross‑functional teams, help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service, be flexible to the needs of the business, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage.
- Be an Expert — plan bakery production, ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipe measurements, use a variety of products for decorating, ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management, operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
- Be a Techie — leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement, use handheld technology for immediate business decisions, and adapt to new tools while encouraging others to use them.
- Be an Owner — drive the performance of the bakery area, ensure quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, prepare for seasonal events, identify member needs, assist members with purchasing decisions, and resolve member issues and concerns.
- Be a Talent Ambassador — act as a brand advocate, value the member experience, model high‑quality service and products, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, assist in training, and inspire a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, using the Open Door Policy as needed.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners to identify priorities and report progress.

- 6 months’ experience in a Fresh Production Area.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Will successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.

Hourly Wage RangeThe hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Premium CompensationAdditional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
