Compensation

The hourly rate for this position will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. The base hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $33.00 per hour.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be applied based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates focus on customer service and creative merchandising. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
