Capstone Restaurant Group - - Responsibilities:
Ensures all Team Members in the District are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.;
Evaluates each restaurants QSC standards; provides regular feedback and coaching; conducts periodic inspections.;
Communicates customer comments and concerns to the appropriate Restaurant Manager and follows up to ensure effective resolution.;
Ensures General Managers and GMITs receive orientation, training, and development opportunities; trains and coaches staff.;
Recruits new General Managers and GMITs; matches management skills to restaurant needs to maximize results.
