Pay Range is $16 to $18 dollars an hour

This is an ACA part time position.

Requirements:

The Multi-unit Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Skills/

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Technical training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, or related field preferred

* Minimum of two years of experience in maintenance or related field

* Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures

* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

* Ability to communicate effectively

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

* Monday-Friday Schedule with Nights and Weekends Emergency on-call

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
