• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Lead Department(s): manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
• Guest Service Department Manager: ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience; manage sales promotions; train service staff and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager: ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality, fast food; maintain food safety and cost control; train kitchen staff on production procedures.
• People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals; motivate and recognize crew.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule.
• Passion for fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
