Responsibilities- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Lead Department(s): manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
- Guest Service Department Manager: ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience; manage sales promotions; train service staff and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
- Kitchen Department Manager: ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality, fast food; maintain food safety and cost control; train kitchen staff on production procedures.
- People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals; motivate and recognize crew.
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule.
- Passion for fast‑paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Education opportunities through Archways to Opportunity: earn a high school degree, receive college tuition assistance, and English classes as a second language.
