Job DetailsCarry out research into biochemistry, synthetic biology, and protein and RNA engineering.
Responsibilities- Assist with organizing lab, including routine forms and approvals, ordering, archiving samples.
- Carry out research into synthetic biology and enzyme engineering.
- Compile, analyze and summarize data as needed for reports and for publication and dissemination.
- Manage undergraduate work-study students, who will assist with organizing lab.
Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related discipline with 2 years' experience.
Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience with cloning, mutagenesis, and protein expression.
Salary Range$46,000 + depending on qualifications
