Work opportunity for Property Preservation/REO Contractors. Looking for property preservation vendors who meet the following requirements:

• Experience to perform standard preservation duties/tasks including:
• Winterizations
• Lawn Maintenance
• Debris removal
• Lock Changes
• Initial Services (including sales clean)
• Boarding
• Prepare/place property in Convey Condition
• General/Minor household repairs, etc.
• Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair/replace
• Must have own transportation
• Detail‑oriented reporting of results with photos, bids, etc.
• Meeting client deadlines
• Must have own equipment and inventory of necessary HUD locks and materials on a regular basis

Pay is based on your bid and as per allowable list (no discount).
