A leading cannabis company located in Oglesby, Illinois is seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and standards across all operations, developing quality assurance processes, and supporting regulatory inspections. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. The salary range for this position is competitive, between $65,000 and $85,000, and positions may be eligible for an annual incentive program.
