Experience reviewing ingredients for food safety hazards: biological, physical, and chemical, including allergens. 1+ yrs

• Experience working with specification systems. 1+ yrs
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, which is used to track progress of the project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and independently

Job Requirements:

Preferred skills - nice to haves - allergen management in a manufacturing environment and allergen clean up/sanitation requirements.

1 + yrs in the food/beverage R&D industry.
HACCP certification a plus
