Laboratory Technician

Our client, a leading analytical lab testing chemicals, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the quality assurance team supporting critical testing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Cordova, IL

Pay Range: $22 per hour

Duration: 6 month contract

• Prepare and analyze samples using standard analytical test methods.
• Perform mathematical calculations of test data to compare results to standards and identify variances.
• Prepare, operate, and maintain test equipment through calibration and standardization procedures.
• Document and interpret test results, maintain records, and communicate test results to appropriate staff and operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with SAP and LIMS software preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
