• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM $1.00/hour shift differential

Sign-On Bonus:

• $2.00/hour sign-on bonus
• Paid over up to 1 year of employment

Allure of Mt. Carroll is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. In this role, you will support residents with daily care needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety.

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
• Observe and report changes in resident condition

• Current, active Illinois CNA license
• CPR Certification
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
