• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your RN scope of practice
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, person-centered care
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the Director of Nursing
• Promote restorative care to encourage residents’ independence and well-being
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all nursing care provided
• Mentor and support fellow nursing staff to foster a positive, team-oriented environment
• Ensure resident comfort, safety, and dignity while adhering to facility standards

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Compassionate and patient-focused
