Allure of Pinecrest is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs to join our skilled nursing team. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional care in a supportive, team-driven environment, we want to meet you!

• First Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Second Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Third Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Provide personal care, comfort, and mobility assistance
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Respond promptly to resident needs & call lights
• Promote dignity, privacy, and safety
• Complete accurate documentation

• Active Illinois CNA Certification
• Long‑term Care Experience Preferred, But Not Required
• CPR Certification preferred
• Dependable, caring, and team‑oriented attitude

Competitive Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Sign‑On Bonuses:
• $3,000 - Full‑Time
• $1,500 - Part‑Time
