Description of Position: Franklin Hospital seeks applicants for a full‑time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Med/Surg division. The successful candidate will perform all CNA duties related to patient care, work as part of the healthcare team, and follow established policies and procedures. The position includes day or night shifts and is a bargaining‑unit role. Base salary is $17.00 per hour plus applicable shift differentials.
Qualifications:
- Current State of Illinois CNA certification in good standing.
- Strong teamwork, customer service, organizational, basic computer, and communication skills.
- One year of previous CNA work experience preferred.
