As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients and residents, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centered care and excellence in clinical practice. You will work in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, assess patient needs, and implement interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing care plans
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments to care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellence in patient care and service
• Utilize evidence-based practice and research to inform clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois
• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple responsibilities
