Available Schedule- Full-Time 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM
- Every 3rd Weekend 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 12-hour shifts
- Holiday rotation
- Lead, mentor, and support CNAs on your team
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Communicate changes in condition to physicians, NPs, families, and staff
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Ensure smooth shift transitions
- Document care accurately in PCC
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the highest standard of care in a skilled nursing environment.
Qualifications- Current, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN License
- CPR Certification
- Strong communication skills
- Skilled nursing experience preferred
