Works in conjunction with the Clinical Supervisor for that service. Performs the primary function of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of their patients. Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments. Organizes and implements service in the assigned specialty area. Coordinates workflow in a timely efficient manner, including room set‑up and turn‑over, supplies and equipment needed prior to case start.
Functions in a staff role as needed, including relief for breaks and lunches. Assists in department operational support tasks and duties. Assisting in orientation of new coworkers and permanent team members in conjunction with the Supervisor and the OR Nurse Clinician.

Out‑patient surgery center with 10 operating rooms, 2 minor procedure rooms and 1 cysto suite, one of the largest in the United States. Equipped with the latest technology. Surgery specialties include:
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- Plastics
- Neuro
- General surgery
Caregivers at CPM have the luxury of no weekends, no holidays and no call.
Qualifications- Experience: 1 year of RN Operating Room experience
- Required
Education:
Nursing Degree from an accredited school - Preferred Education: BSN
- License: current RN license in our state
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
