Axiom Gardens of Nashville is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

Schedule:

Full-time and Part-time | Night Shift. Experience in long-term care preferred.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee CNAs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with physician rounds.
• Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist with IV therapy, wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.

• Active RN License (Unencumbered, State of IL)
• CPR Certification (Required)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (Preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
