Sign on Bonus Full-Time $5000

We have current openings for experienced RNs/LPN
, Full-Time 2ND shift.

• Be responsible for the care and wellbeing of all residents.
• Direct, help and mentor the CNAs on your team.
• Assess the residents’ needs and assist in developing and following individual care plans.
• Identify and communicate changes in residents’ status to physicians, NPs, staff, and family members.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other direct care as prescribed and indicated.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
• Communicate information to staff to provide a smooth shift transition.
• Document appropriately as needed or required in PCC.

• Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted IL RN/LPN License.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Scheduled nursing facility experience preferred.

• 8 hour shifts.
• Weekends.

• Referral Bonus $500.
• Bonus pay.
