• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the nursing team
• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
• Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being while meeting long-term care standards
• Make rounds and deliver responsive care and services to residents
• Collaborate with a team that fosters a positive, patient-centered environment

• Current Illinois CNA certification
• Passionate about providing personalized care
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Graduate of an accredited CNA program (or currently enrolled in one)
