Provide critical care nursing services in the ICU setting at Genesis Medical Center, part of Trinity Health system in Silvis, Illinois.
Job Details
- Must have a valid nursing license/certificate verification dated within 30 days of start.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
- ACLS certification required for RNs in critical care units including MICU and SICU.
- PALS certification required for this role.
- NIHSS certification required.
- Completion of specialty specific competency testing within the last year.
- Must provide documentation of immunizations and health screenings including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B series, Influenza vaccine, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, and physical/health statement within the last year.
- Must complete various professional and background checks including criminal background, education verification, EPLS, OIG, IA Sing Report, Joint Commission Testing, OFAC, NSO, and system access forms as required by Trinity Health.
Job Requirements
- Every Other Week (EOW) schedule.
Schedule Information
- Fit Test required.
- Trinity Code of Conduct Form must be signed and on file.
- Trinity Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information and Information System Security Agreement must be signed and on file.
- Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form must be signed prior to start.
- Trinity Non Employee Upload Form must be completed and uploaded.
- Trinity PowerPoint Genesis presentation must be completed and signed for all Genesis locations in Iowa.
