• Licensed in Illinois with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC) and an active DEA license.
• Full Practice Authority License for Illinois is highly preferred but not required.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Salary range: $120,000 - $148,000 annually.
