Starting wage is $32.86 per hour, which includes .60 shift pay for 2nd or 3rd shift. AND
at Hillcrest Home, you will always receive an extra $1.00 per hour for every hour you work on the Weekend which means
more $$$ in your pocket!

Hillcrest Home employees have direct deposit paychecks deposited every other Friday into your account, no driving back out to the facility to pick up your check!

We are growing at Hillcrest Home and we need you on our team! Hillcrest Home is located just a few miles south of Geneseo, IL, "A Place in the Country"! We provide 24 hour assistance in a long term setting where our residents are at the center of our facility, providing a safe environment and quality care.

We currently have a Full Time (40 hours, 5 days a week) R.N. openings on 2nd Shift, which starts at 2:30 pm and ends at 11:00 pm and Part Time hours available on 3rd Shift, which starts at 10:30 pm until 7:00 am the next day.

The R.N. is responsible for routine nursing care for long term care residents according to established policies and procedures. He/she is also responsible for the direction and supervision of personnel assigned to them. Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing or the Assistant Director of Nursing.

Long term care experience is preferred. Must have a good understanding and work within a shared decision making philosophy. Good communication skills and a resident-centered care based discipline are essential.
