Work Schedule

100% FTE, Day/Evening shift role. Variable 7-5:30, M-F. You may be eligible for a $20,000 sign on bonus. You will work at the Orth Rd Clinic in Loves Park.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required.
• Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs. Required.

• Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required.
• CPR certification. Required.
