Our client is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients in their homes throughout the Carlinville area. This position focuses on supporting patients and families through personalized, high-quality care while promoting comfort and dignity in a home setting.

Our client is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients in their homes throughout the Carlinville area. This position focuses on supporting patients and families through personalized, high-quality care while promoting comfort and dignity in a home setting.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Manage symptoms
- Administer medications
- Coordinate care with the hospice team
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
- Associate degree or higher in Nursing
- Minimum of one year of professional RN experience (Hospice experience preferred)
- Current BLS and CPR certification (training available if not current)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (start and end times may vary). Includes one to two weekend on-call shifts per month (either 8 AM to 5 PM or 5 PM to 8 AM, depending on staffing), with additional stipends for on-call coverage. Two holidays per year (one summer, one winter) and three floating holidays.
