• Salary range: $40.50–$56.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Every other weekends, 7P–7A and 7A–7P.

• Supervise all nursing personnel and nursing related functions on a specific shift.
• Assess staffing and resident needs and direct care.
• Work primarily with adult geriatric population.
• Serve as role model for staff through provision of safe, effective, and efficient nursing care. Supervise clinical aspects of nursing.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Nursing Department.
• Interface with others to ensure efficient unit operations.
• Seek opportunities for own growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain clinical competency.

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills is a plus.
• Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility.
• Must possess a current CPR license.
