Salary & Hours- Salary range: $40.50–$56.00 per hour.
- Schedule:
Every other weekends, 7P–7A and 7A–7P.
- Supervise all nursing personnel and nursing related functions on a specific shift.
- Assess staffing and resident needs and direct care.
- Work primarily with adult geriatric population.
- Serve as role model for staff through provision of safe, effective, and efficient nursing care. Supervise clinical aspects of nursing.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Nursing Department.
- Interface with others to ensure efficient unit operations.
- Seek opportunities for own growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain clinical competency.
- Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university strongly preferred.
- 1–3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills is a plus.
- Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility.
- Must possess a current CPR license.
