• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-time hires
• Salary Range: $40.50 - $56.00/hr

Salary Disclosure Statement

The salary range reflects potential base pay. Bonuses or incentives are offered separately and depend on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel and related functions on assigned shifts
• Assess staffing and resident needs, direct care accordingly
• Work primarily with an adult geriatric population
• Serve as a role model, providing safe, effective, and efficient nursing care
• Manage daily Nursing Department operations
• Coordinate with others to ensure efficient unit operations
• Seek growth opportunities and expand responsibilities to maintain clinical competency

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
• 1-3 years managerial experience and leadership skills (a plus)
• Experience caring for residents in acute or skilled nursing facilities
• Current CPR license
