Job Summary

Springfield Memorial Hospital seeks Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for Main OR and CVOR coverage, offering a high-volume, collaborative practice with educational opportunities and advanced technology. Competitive compensation includes up to $75,000 sign‑on bonus (tiered by experience), generous PTO, relocation assistance, continuing education support, and full hospital‑employed benefits including malpractice tail. Candidates must have graduation from an AANA‑accredited program (MSN/DNP), NBCRNA certification (or eligibility), and appropriate Illinois RN/APN licensure with current BLS/ACLS/PALS.

  • $60,000 sign‑on bonus for experienced CRNAs who commit to a one‑year term.
  • Additional $15,000 incentive for CRNAs with cardiac anesthesia experience.

Qualifications
